Acceptance
By accessing Micro Money Minded, downloading a free resource, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.
Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice
All Micro Money Minded content, tools, calculators, guides, and products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and we are not acting as your fiduciary or advisor. Any figures, examples, or projections are illustrative only. Results vary based on your income, expenses, habits, and decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Products and Digital Delivery
We sell digital products, including the Micro Money Minded ebook and access to the Micro Splurge Tracker, and offer free downloadable resources. Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, generally immediately or shortly thereafter. You are responsible for having a device, internet access, and software capable of opening and using the files.
Payment and Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank or currency conversion fees that apply to your purchase.
License to Digital Materials
When you purchase or download our materials, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, share account access, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in our products — text, designs, graphics, logos, brand names, frameworks, and layouts — is owned by Micro Money Minded or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the site or products, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site's operation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, using the materials to build a competing product, misrepresenting your identity, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Founder Offers
Lifetime Founder Access ($79, one-time). A total of 500 Lifetime Founder memberships are offered through this funnel. Once those memberships are sold, the offer may be withdrawn or replaced with standard pricing.
One-Year Founder Access ($34.99, one-time). This is a single payment for one year of access beginning on the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic renewal. You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase again.
What “lifetime” means. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Micro Splurge Tracker product or service continues to be operated and supported. It is not a guarantee of access for the natural lifetime of the purchaser, and it does not obligate us to operate the service indefinitely.
Changes to Features and Services
Products under development, including the Micro Splurge Tracker and the printed journal, may change as they are built. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, content, or offers at any time. Descriptions of upcoming features are plans, not promises of a specific release date or final feature set.
Access and Account Responsibility
If your purchase includes access to an app or account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your access. Sharing access with others is not permitted.
Third-Party Services, Links, and Affiliate Relationships
Our site links to third-party websites, tools, and services that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, pricing, or practices. Some links in our savings guides may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial opinions, and you should do your own research before signing up for any offer.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no guarantee of any financial result or savings outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro Money Minded and its owners and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, or data, arising out of your use of the site or products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to purchased digital materials if you breach these terms, misuse the materials, or engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
